How to start a return/ exchange?
1. Pull Up Your Order Page
To access your order page, either log into your PatPat account or enter your order number if you checked out as a guest.
2. Click “Return & Refund” to start.
3. Next, select the items you wish to return and choose your refund reason.（If you need to return multiple items, you will need to perform the same operation for the other items.）
4. Select a return method.You can choose to drop off at Happy Returns location or to box and ship items using a prepaid label.
5. Submit your return method,refund method and refund amount.
6.Drop off items.
We accept free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Click HERE to get started. This will direct you to the exchange page. From here click “Return & Refund”. This will redirect you to Happy Returns. Follow the prompts to process your exchange. Happy Returns will send you a QR code to drop off the item(s) at the nearest location to you.
Once you have dropped off your item(s) with Happy Returns, we will immediately begin processing your refund. The refund will be sent back to your PatPat store credit (wallet)within 24 hours and a free shipping voucher will be sent to your account.
After the refunds are deposited into your store credit (wallet), you can use the store credit (wallet) and free shipping voucher to make purchases for the items you need.
*Tourist users, kindly register a PatPat account using the email address you provided when placing your order. This will allow you to view and use the funds refunded to your PatPat store credit (wallet).
